Staged close to Brittany the Le Mans 24 Hour Race is of course a legend, spawning not only a very successful race series in its own name (the American Le –Mans Series) but also a second event, The Le Mans Classic, held biannually in July. This three day motoring extravaganza, with six grid formations, all using the full Le Mans circuit, now attracts as many entries and spectators as the original race and has become the premier classic car event in the world.
